Social, Private and Govermental Mechnisms.

Large scale mechanic activities go like clock work in a social enviromnet, driven by products, money exchange and energy availability . The consumer, the buyer . Now, efficieny is a word that often comes up, and I want to discuss it .

Efficient job . Accord. The more suited tools and skills , less time is spent . Inventiveness and personal engagement is engaged .

The term industrial efficieny is solved long time ago. A factory can spew out millions of products in an hour. As long as its invented, designed . So efficieny is not difficult industrially .

You dont need effencey in every level of society at once.

Maybe one place at one time , maybe another another time .

If you want stability and no change . Have municipal govermental control over the matter.

Lets say environmentalism.

Its needed inventiveness and efficncy FAST.

Allow for private sector.

If fast action is desired. A controlled revolution .

If fast acceleration and inventiveness is desired, high efficiency is desired. Then allow for PRIVATE SECTOR. And lower the regulations for startups, , tax for startups , lower tax maybe for selected work areas . Some goverment benefits to private sector, law favours this direction of change .

Like USA where almost all is private, or appears so . They have high acceleeration and high efficiency. In russia, its the opposite. China has a strong goverment support into high technology and production .

Low private sector, low invetiveness. Low efficiency.

A society on the other hand, is not supposed to be efficient. A job can be done efficient.

But to live your life, I mean ... an efficient coffee break. Come on !!

An efficient meditation .

What is Meaningful to a persons life, may not be filed under efficiency .
