If at any circumstance you should feel faint .

And need to pass out . Just sit down .

Lower the head, and you will

not faint out and hit your head

Breath out thru the nostrils only .

and enter a breath less state, if just for a moment.

for in that breathing, concentration of god, forms conciously in the mind .

it is in that dicipline . of breathing only with the nose . is vital to god conciousness .

Breathing thru the nostril is only broken by speech .

In case of motion

The pace of motion is lowered, to fit the intake of oxygen, that is less, than thru the mouth.

when Inhale with the mouth, is like nitro glycerine , Compared to the air intake in the nose .

Enormous amount of oxygene enter at the same time . The nose also cleans the Air better, I think , from dust particles in the environment . 

than air straight into the throat , the forth chakra correction is to sing or humm , hymn and not whistle . Whistle uses the mouth for air intake and exhale . I have experimented with inward blow whistle, and it makes interesting melodies. With inhale voice talking, that sounds very cool ! Can give a soar throat . with the mouth closed many sounds can be said, like M most profoundly . Where as the silent language, one M is OK, M-M means no .

The effect of this dicipline of breathing only thru the nose, should have immediate effect on the thinking formulations of the brain. The mind is slowed down, and ideas are sustained in a controlled manner . Mouth is therefore shut, and only used for speech .
